English Springer Spaniel Detailed Introduction

The English Springer Spaniel is also called the English Springer Spaniel or the English Springer Spaniel. The English Springer Spaniel is a medium-sized sporting dog, compact and with a short tail. His drooping ears, gentle and graceful expression, firm structure and friendly wagging tail declare him a member of the ancient family of spaniels. The English Springer Spaniel, as a whole, appears to have power, endurance and great agility. His structure gives him great endurance.

According to historical records, the English Springer Spaniel is the ancestor of all long-haired lop-eared dogs. In the early 19th century, it was the same as the Cocker Spaniel, the only difference was the size and weight. If it weighed more than 28 pounds, it was called the English Springer Spaniel. Later, it was officially defined as a separate breed. While the Cocker Spaniel was considered an indispensable family dog, the English Springer Spaniel was still active outdoors, playing the role of a skilled hunter. In 1902, the British Kennel Club registered it as an official breed. Five years later, it was introduced to North America and registered ten years later, but it was not officially recognized by the American Kennel Club until 1927.

This dog has strong physical fitness and a keen sense of smell, but it has an aggressive desire to humans and is not suitable for domestic breeding. It is said that Presidents Bush Sr. and Bush Jr. are both its fans and have stayed in the White House. Bush Sr.'s dog autobiography is said to sell better than his own.
