The male bird of the blue-billed crested pheasant is the leader of the group, and they usually take the family together for activities and foraging, but in addition to foraging, it is also responsible for the safety of the family, once in danger, it will immediately emit bursts of whine, just like the whistle of a ship. Once family members receive the signal, they will quickly run away or go up the tree for protection.
