Form
Small (28 cm) green fruit dove. The head is purple, the chin is lavender, and the gray band on the chest are the distinguishing features of this species. The lower chest is grey-green, the abdomen is milky white, the lower tail cover is light gray, the upper body is light gold, the flying feathers are gold, gray and blue.
