A Doberman pinscher in the UK has 13 babies, and its owner plans to sell 7 of them, each for 1,000 pounds (approximately RMB 9,500).
When Gina, a couple's pet Doberman pinscher in Suffolk, England, was examined for pregnancy, the veterinarian said she was only pregnant with 6 babies. However, she eventually gave birth to 13 cubs, and the owner was pleasantly surprised.
Last month, after the couple went out, Gina gave birth to three cubs at home. She later gave birth to another nine cubs with the help of her owner. The owner and his friends went out to celebrate the acquisition of 12 Doberman puppies. When they returned home, they found that a 13th puppy had also been born. Although Gina was exhausted, she was "in a good mood" and worked hard to feed her children, very much like a "mother".
All the cubs are now alive and are one month old. The owner plans to sell 7 cubs and wants to keep one as a family. It is believed that it is extremely rare for a canine to give birth to 13 pups at one time.
