If you find a clear jelly in your cat's eyes, it may be caused by one of the following reasons:

1. Eye mucus: It is normal for cats to produce some yellow or white eye mucus in their eyes. You can wipe the area around the eyes with a wet gauze or cotton ball, but do not touch the cat's eyes directly.

2. Conjunctivitis: Conjunctivitis is a common cat eye disease, usually caused by infection, allergies or environmental irritation. Symptoms include red and swollen eyes, increased secretions, etc.

3. Eye disease: Other cat eye diseases, such as glaucoma, cataracts, etc., may also cause increased eye secretions.

If you find a clear jelly in your cat's eyes, take it to the veterinarian immediately for examination and treatment. While waiting for medical attention, you can use wet gauze to gently wipe around the corners of your cat's eyes to avoid causing further infection. At the same time, keep your cat's eyes clean and avoid touching their eyes or rubbing the eye area.
