Are Eastern Painted Turtles and Western Painted Turtles deep water turtles?

Both the Eastern and Western Painted Turtles are terrestrial turtles, not deep-water turtles. They belong to the turtle family and live in different regions of China. The Eastern Painted Turtle is distributed in eastern my country, while the Western Painted Turtle is mainly distributed in southwestern my country.
