Can blackbirds talk?

2023-05-16 00:48:52 217

The blackbird is a medium-sized bird in the family Turdidae. They are widely distributed and live in many regions including Asia, Europe and North America.

Although blackbirds are singing birds, they cannot speak. Unlike some birds such as parrots, blackbirds do not have developed speech abilities and do not have the skills to imitate audio. Blackbirds usually communicate by chirping. Their chirps are clear, crisp and loud, and are often used as one of the materials for natural music.

It should be noted that it is illegal to keep blackbirds as pets, because blackbirds are national second-level protected animals, and illegal hunting, selling and raising of them are subject to legal provisions and penalties.
