The feeding needs of baby turtles are related to their species and age. In general, the following are recommendations for feeding baby turtles:

1. Young turtles (0-6 months): Young turtles usually need to be provided with an appropriate amount of food every day. You can make its main diet based on aquatic plants, fruits and insects, and make sure to provide adequate calcium supplements, such as turtle-specific nutrient blocks or calcium powder.

2. Adolescent turtles (6 months to 1 year old): At this stage, the turtle's diet can gradually transition to more vegetables and feed, with appropriate amounts of fruits, insects, and soaked dried fish fillets.

3. Adult turtles (over 1 year old): The diet of adult turtles should be mainly vegetables, aquatic plants and appropriate amounts of feed. Fruit and insects can be used as occasional supplements.

Regardless of the age of your turtle, fresh water should be available for them to drink at all times.

Regarding the specific feeding frequency, it is recommended to give the baby turtle an appropriate amount of food every day. The amount and frequency of food can be adjusted based on the turtle's eating situation and digestive ability. Keep an eye on your turtle's weight and health to make sure they're getting proper nutrition.

In addition to a reasonable diet, a good breeding environment should also be provided, including an appropriately sized water tank, temperature, and UVB lighting, to promote the normal growth and healthy development of the turtle. It's best to consult a veterinarian or professional tortoise breeder for more specific feeding recommendations, as different species of tortoises may have different dietary needs.
