Kelpie is not a common name for an animal, nor is it another name for a sloth. Sloths are arboreal mammals that live in Central and South America. They belong to the family Slothidae and feed mainly on leaves. They are so named because they move slowly and spend most of their time hanging on tree branches. Sloths are typically found in tropical rainforests, where their body structure has been adapted to a tree-dwelling lifestyle.
As for Kelpies, the name may refer to a different animal, so more context is needed to answer accurately. If you can provide more background information on "Water Ghost", I will be happy to help you understand it in more detail.
