Tardigrades are animals that move relatively slowly. Here are some of the major tardigrades:

Sloth: Sloths are typical tardigrades that move slowly in trees and feed on leaves. They are nearly defenseless on the ground, but very agile and strong in the trees.

Turtles and tortoises: These reptiles are slow-moving and have hard shells to protect themselves. They move slowly on land or in water, spending most of their time resting or leisurely feeding.

Snails and Slugs: Snails and slugs are molluscs that use their antennae to sense their surroundings because they move relatively slowly.

Certain insects: Some insects also move very slowly, such as some crustaceans and weevils.

The tardigrade movements of these animals are often related to their lifestyle and physiological characteristics. They all have their own unique roles and meanings in their ecosystems.
