Macaca tonkeana

The scientific name of the Tonkean macaque is Macaca tonkeana, and its foreign name is Tonkean Macaque. It is said to often attack crops. It lives in trees and on land and is active during the day.

The color ranges from brownish gray to black, which forms a sharp contrast with its pale yellow face and large rump. The male body length is 500-565mm, the female body length is 575-675mm, the male weight is 8.6kg, and the female weight is 10.4kg.
