Pterodroma externa (Juan Fernandez Petrel) lays 1(rare 2) eggs per clutch, which are laid on the ground or in depressions and cracks in the ground. Both parents care for the chicks and leave about a week before they reach full plumage. The chicks develop on their fat stores and spend the non-breeding season at sea, feeding on cuttlefish and small fish.
Protect wild animals and eliminate wild meat.
