The amount a baby turtle eats will vary depending on its age, size and breed. Here are some general suggestions, but please note that each turtle's needs may vary:

1. Young turtles (from newly hatched to several months old): Under normal circumstances, the feed of young turtles can be given an appropriate amount of turtle food according to the size of their heads. It is generally recommended to put turtle food in the water and let the turtle eat on its own, and observe the amount of food the turtle eats.

2. Juvenile turtles (a few months to one or two years old): As the turtle grows, its amount of food will also increase. It is generally recommended to provide about 2-3% of the turtle's body size in food each day. Turtle food can be moistened and placed in water, or mixed with fresh vegetables and aquatic plants as part of the diet.

3. Adult turtles (one or two years old and above): The diet of adult turtles is relatively stable. Provide about 1-2% of the turtle's body size of food every day. In addition to turtle food, it can be paired with a variety of vegetables, aquatic plants, insects and other suitable foods.

It is important to observe your turtle's diet and body condition and make adjustments as needed. If you have a specific species of tortoise or have questions about its dietary needs, consult a veterinarian or professional tortoise keeper for more specific advice.
