The color of a cat's diarrhea does not directly determine whether it has feline distemper (feline infectious peritonitis). Feline distemper is a serious infectious disease caused by the feline distemper virus that affects multiple organ systems of cats, including the respiratory tract, digestive system and immune system.

Common symptoms of feline distemper include:

1. Persistent vomiting

2. Severe diarrhea, which may be yellow or green liquid or with blood stains

3. Significant loss of appetite and weight loss

4. Fever

5. Dullness, depression and weakness

6. Runny nose, red eyes or eye discharge

7. Difficulty breathing (when the virus infects the respiratory tract)

If your cat is exhibiting one or more of the above symptoms and you suspect it may have feline distemper, consult your veterinarian immediately for diagnosis and treatment. The veterinarian will determine whether you have feline distemper through a physical examination, laboratory examination, and other relevant tests, and provide appropriate treatment options.

Note: Feline distemper is a serious disease that requires prompt diagnosis and treatment. If your cat has feline distemper, work closely with your veterinarian and follow their recommendations to provide appropriate care and treatment.
