Four-eyed dogs are not really a breed, but are dogs with a special appearance or characteristics. Usually, the so-called "four-eyed dog" actually refers to a dog with two eyes of different colors. This phenomenon is called heterochromia, in which one eye may be blue or light-colored while the other eye may be brown, amber, or another color.
