What does crab mean?

Crabs may have different symbols and meanings in different cultures.

In some cultures, crabs are often seen as a symbol of good luck, representing abundance, longevity, shelter and protection. The crab's hard shell is seen as a symbol of protection, and in some places it is believed that crabs have the power to ward off evil forces.
