Location
The Palawan hornbill is found on Palawan Island in the Philippines, is endemic to Palawan, and has been recorded on the nearby islands of Barabak, Busanga, Calauit, Culion, and Corun. Most birders travel to visit the National Park of Sao Paulo, Palawan to see this bird, but it is now rare.
Form
The plumage of the Palawan hornbill is mainly black with a white tail, a dark green glossy upper part and a large milky white and typical bill of the family helmeted hornbill.
