It includes China's Taiwan Province, the Dongsha Islands, the Xisha Islands, the Zhongsha Islands, and the Spratly Islands, as well as the Philippines, Brunei, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia's Sumatra, Java, and Papua New Guinea.
