Tang fish is a species endemic to my country, with a narrow distribution area. In modern times, it is only distributed in Baiyun Mountain, Huaxian County, Guangdong Province, and mountain streams near Guangzhou. Due to the low reproductive capacity of this species and the small population, the number of individuals was originally rare. In recent years, as a result of human activities, its ecological environment has been severely damaged, making it difficult to find traces of Tang fish in nature. Tang fish is a famous ornamental fish, which is relatively common in artificial breeding in Southeast Asia, Hong Kong and other places, and exported to all over the world.
