White-edged saw-scale turtle. There is a red-black narrow band on the epithelial membrane on the posterior upper edge of the opercular bone, and a large purple-red spot on the axilla of the pectoral fin. The front edges of the dorsal fin, anal fin, pelvic fin and caudal fin are milky white. Body length 15 cm. Distribution areas: Nansha and Paracel Islands, Taiwan waters, eastern Africa and Central American waters.
