Feature
The nostrils are elongated into short tubes, and the dorsal hairs are golden yellow and mixed with metallic luster hair.
Details
It is a relatively small bat distributed only in Taiwan. Typical nocturnal animal, whose main habitat is unknown, with sporadic use of burrows found. Emits typical short-duration and wide-band echolocation sound waves used to hunt insects in forest glades.
Its body length is 34-44mm, its forearms 31-35mm, and its tail 27.5-38.5mm. The head hair is brown, the snout is prominent, and the nostrils are lengthened into short tubes. The back hair is golden yellow with mixed metallic luster hair, the base of the ventral hair is black and the tip is gray, the hair is thick and soft. The auricle is short relative to body size, the ear is longer than the ear width, and the tip is blunt. The tragus is narrow and long. The alar membrane is broadly round and extends backward to connect to the base of the toe. The tail membrane and the foot are covered with fine and dense hair.

It is found only in Taiwan, China.
