The Zigong Dinosaur Museum is a museum in Zigong City, Sichuan Province, China, which mainly displays dinosaur fossils. The museum was established in 1987 and is located at No. 88 Yingbin Avenue, Da'an District, Zigong City. It covers an area of 50,000 square meters and has a construction area of 18,000 square meters. The Zigong Dinosaur Museum has the world's most complete, richest and largest collection of dinosaur fossils, including Chinese salamanders, hippo leopards, ankylosaurs, stegosaurus, Heilongjiangosaurus, etc., as well as some marine mammals and ancient bird fossils. In addition, the museum is also equipped with modern popular science exhibitions and scientific experimental facilities, such as dinosaur dynamic models, 3D cinemas, digital dinosaur exploration, dinosaur footprint experience hall, etc. The Zigong Dinosaur Museum has become one of the world's important dinosaur fossil research and display bases.
